| Priority Technical Support is chargeable at our standard rate of £75 per incident for a maximum of 30 minutes of support. If you are evaluating or have recently purchased our products then free Installation Support (1) is available for 30 days from date of trial or software purchase by choosing "Installation Support" as the type of request. |

| (1) Installation Support covers installation of the software on your PC and connection to QuickBooks UK only. All "programming" support is chargeable. |
(2) Your Serial / License number must be valid and can be found in the following location:
- For QODBC the Serial Number can be found on the About tab of the QODBC Setup Screen.
- For QIntegrator the Serial Number can be found by selecting Help > Register
- For QReportBuilder the License Number can be found by selecting Help > About QReportBuilder
